Percius, the Wizard makes Spring

Percius is the Wizard who lives in Gruntland. He lives in the forest and hardly ever meets other pigs.

The winter was very cold and there was a lot of snow. Wild animals were hungry and they came to Persius and asked for food. The pipes froze and he had to melt the snow to have water to drink and wash. He was tired of it and decided to ask Nature for Spring to come.
He went to the Park Temple because he wanted to give sacrifices to the ghosts of Nature.
First he met Ghost of Wind who looked like wings. He gave him a few feathers which he had collected in the forest last summer. The ghost agreed to blow the snow and clouds away.

Next Percius found Ghost of Sun. He build a sun of snow and called the ghost.

Ghost of Sun was half sleeping under the cover made of moss.

When it heard the calling it lifted Percius in the air close to its face. Percius wasn’t surprised or scared. He was a Wizard so he could fly and do such tricks too.
– So, what do you want my Dear? the ghost asked. Why are you waking me up?
Percius showed it the gift of snowy sun and asked it to melt the snow and warm up the air.
The sacrifice amused the ghost.

The ghost yawned and this way chased away the rest of clouds. It blinked and the sun started to shine stronger.
Percius thanked, and landed on the already melting snow.
He went to look for Ghost of Plants. She was sleeping covered with snow. Percius had for her his favourite dry leaves from last summer. He rustled with them and woke up the ghost.

– Please, wake up plants, for the animals to have food and Spring to come, said Percius.
The ghost opened her eyes and smiled.
– I can see the sky is clear, it is sunny and warm, snow is melting and moisting the ground. It is the right time to wake up the plants. I can make your wish come true.
– Thank you very much! said Percius.
He could come back home happily.
– Welcome Spring! he said when he woke up the next day.
