People celebrate Easter. Pigs celebrate the beginning of spring, because they are not religious. The piglets have got the tradition of burning a model of winter to ban it for eight months.
The children from Gruntland and Snoutland prepared a pretty Model Winter. They worked together.
Then the parents helped them to build a stake. They sat around it and wanted to light the fire. Suddenly…
All the pigs ran to the stake and knocked it down. They saved Model Winter!
After burning the model the piglets should choose the Queen of Spring. But they chose the King of Spring. The King of Spring was Piglet because he wanted to save Model Winter first. He got the crown and sat on the throne which they made of the sticks from the stake.
Then he listened to the wishes of the piglets. They came in pairs and said what they wanted. Piglet blessed with the power of spring the new pairs which formed in the villages.
Then they had a big vegetable feast.
At home the children told their parents about everything.
