Today it is Kermit’s birthday. He wants to bake a birthday cake. He invites two guests – Frogy and Big Eyes – a new family in Gruntland.
Kermit bakes his cake all day. It is beautiful. There is only one candle on it because Kermit turns 10 today. There are tangerines, strawberries, candy sticks, kiwis and whipped cream with orange flavour on the cake. Kermit is very proud of himself. He imagines the guests eating his beautiful cake.
The guests come punctually. Belly is ready too. Kermit is bringing the cake and suddenly… he drops it on the floor. All the pigs look at the floor with terror.
-Oh noooooo! they shout. Kermit puts his hooves on his eyes. He wants to cry but he can’t. He isn’t a child.
– Don’t worry Kermit, says Big Eyes. Let’s go to a bakery by my car. We can buy a new cake. They buy the cake, but it isn’t so beautiful. Kermit is sad.
They come back home and everybody eats the cake. Fortunately it is tasty. The party is saved.
